Here is a scenario to get some Dom/Master input on.

My Dom has allowed me to play with other D/s couples without his being present. So I have relationships formed (some boundaries with other Doms) with other D/s couples/alpha/beta sub situations.

Now I find that a sub that my Dom was looking to play with as a beta is involved with another group I have played with and want to continue my relatiomship with. My Dom also would like to see the play between myself and another s/D group/couple, and perhaps be involved in roles other than watching - he is straight and not a cuckold.

Part of this allowance was due to a physical disability in which my Dom knew I still needed to play and have release. This could go on for a while.

The bottom line of all of this is:
1. Have any of you Doms/Masters ever co-scened with another Dom/Master with your alpha/beta subs or onlies?

2. Obviously boundaries must be formed to have an orderly scene, but the mixing of the subs together in play becomes a tantalizing subject  - one worth observing, yet requiring managment so that Doms toes don't get stepped on. How have You managed such things?

3.Do You Doms/Masters feel this can work? How have you done it for Your enjoyment (the orchestration of scenes between subs and also the individual playing of subs) in a way that works? We are not talking swinging in essence here. Otherwise the workability of it would me more or less a no-brainer.

But we are talking about the mixed play of the female subs with each other at times. And the TEMPORARY or momentary allowance of a Dom to give orders or play another Dom's sub.

Is it better to just have one Dom/Master and one willing to watch and then recover dominance of his own sub(s) at some point? or trade roles as prime orchestrator?

I realize there is a LOT of questions here. I feel that only those with experience would be qualified to respond (though I know anyone will put their 2 cents in regardless).

What do Y'all say?

Think you are missing out on some valuable input from subs that have played this way as well but since you don't want to know ok not sharing lol.  Good luck.

I used to be part of the 'local community'.  In that I mean there were groups that I attended meetings and play parties.  I used to host some of the play parties, on a rotating basis.

One of the groups that I belonged to featured all Male doms/female subs.  There was a couple there who played at a more intense level than the rest.  I think most of the people there were a little intimidated by their style, but I didn't seem to be.  For whatever reason (it certainly wasn't because I asked), I was hand-picked to co-Dom the woman at every play party.  I never really saw them outside of the group, but we played (and yes, fairly hard) at the parties.

I have also been asked to 'play' with other Dom's subs.  In some cases the other Dom was present (and probably using me as I had a playroom and cheaper than a hotel); in other cases the Dom might not be there.  The only negotiated limit was no intercourse.  Although I was always honored to be asked, I always accepted the situation as my being a consentual party in 'their' scene.  Nothing more, nothing less.

There was never anything about the other Dom being 'the' Dom.  I used my toys, I watched, I let them play alone.  I think it quite possible I was being used for my playspace.  No matter.

Other than a specific couple that I used to play with when I was seeing someone, which made that a couple/couple scenario, I have never shared a partner of mine with anyone.  I have reasons for this that are not part of the question.

As I re-read the post, I should also add that almost entirely everything I had to say above was in a 'topping'/'bottoming' PLAY sense.  There wasn't anything overtly Dom/sub (in a psychological sense) about it.  I just wanted to clarify that.

I have never and would never have alpha beta, safeway or zeta subs, sounds as silly as kajira to me.

That said, doing scenes with multiple tops can be had just like anything else.  The key is communication and clarity and of course, secure egos.  Either define the scene prior, define who gets which holes, is one top lead, what limits are present, etc and all should be fine.

by being mature adults who understand that working together is not that tough - and, can be accomplished with a modicum of coordination

Yes - it can and could work - it is also a 'no brainer'.

We are tlkaing 'sceneing' here - not some ritual where people are required to perform specific roles that allow them more prestige than another (and, therfore where petty jealousies might form)... this is intended to be fun and enjoyable... if the person I am working with on someone is not mature enough to simply play without an ego getting in the way of the goal (that would be enjoyment), I would not play with them anyway - as that type of idiocy is usually evidenced from 20 feet away on a cloudy day with the wind against you.

depends on the people, the time and the desire... but - yes, it can and does work for myself at many instances (this is not magic we are talking about)

It was rather easy.... in essense... whoever's property was being played with takes the lead in what will occur during the scene.  Generally speaking.. we only had one specific boundary... we will not harm the property.

Yes it can work...

some are Dom's are rather insecure in allowing another Dominant to give orders to their sub.  Personally, I think such insecurities will limit the enjoyment that can occur.  Some of my best times have been with me co-scening with another TOP as we play with our property.

if is not really better ... for some this is the only way they are able to taste joy of co-scening with another Top.

I know two Doms that I have worked with for a number of years. Now we started off learning about one another, styles, approaches, et cetera, before we attempted to work together in a scene. Again, we're back to people really KNOWING one another. That seems to be an important ingredient in this lifestyle (also true for any type of relationship).

I have allowed those I KNOW to scene with me and my sub.
I abslolutely do not allow people I do not know and trust to play with my toys. So, no one steps on my toes if I allow them to play.
I don't let anyone do anything with my property if I am not present.
