Surrounded by darkness
no light, only black
every other sense magnified
enhanced with the loss of one
Rope scratching soft skin
limbs immobilized
coarse rope, soft velvet
even more contrasting
Footsteps heard falling
unhurried in their approach
ears suddenly overwhelmed
each fall a sonic boom
Strong presence felt
omnipotent, no escape
enveloping, powerful
straining against bonds so tight
A whoosh of cold air
then a fiery sting
skin quickly showing a mark
branded with a handprint
Straining against ropes
awaiting the next, unbearable
relaxing her guard
at that moment another Smack
Whimpers and cries filling the room
handprints left on by one
skin now a mass
of burning red fire
Then unbearable cold
a shriek escapes
uncontrollable shivers
it's over.
