I don't see this as being a match. To me, finding a match is just as raiken said... it's like finding that puzzle piece that fits perfectly and compliments my charactaristics. I don't believe anyone would want to find their duplicate... hell, if we wanted to live with our selves we could, instead we seek out those that "fit" us. So in that context, yes, finding someone that "matches" you perfectly, or 100%, is completely possible. I've done it, we've done it.
And I agree, no one is perfect. But that's totally different from being perfect for me.
