This chemistry professor was giving a lecture at this college. People gather round to talk to each other after the lecture. These ladies were bragging about their husbands. This one lady said, “I have the most perfect model husband.”

Later that evening the professor look up the word “model” in the dictionary. It said, “cheap imitation of the real thing”.

Thats most likely why they use 'models' for clothing shows. You know who you really want in those outfits!
