As a follow-up to this post, I was wondering if there are any Dommes that like their subd weak and spinless, with no right to have their own opinion, with no rights at all...subs that only know to say "yes Mistress, yes Mistress, ys Mistress..."

While I adore hearing "yes," I quickly tire of anyone with one or two words in their vocabulary.  I value a sharp intellect in a sub and would no more think to quench that than I would visit a library with no books.  The quintessential gift of submission for me comes from a man whose intellect is coupled with strength.  I may call him a worm, but he can never in truth be one.

greeting strob

i do not want a sub who is weak but there is a different when someone is being submiiisve and one who is weak it is how we want are slave to be not weak but sumbbisive and knowing who is the one who is in charge. what made you think of this subject some males want to made to be weak and taken over remember this strob it is not always the domme the males ask for it this way, but i like a male who has spirit and i love not broking him but making him mine gently but strong

Oh, this is so funny and does make me giggle.  Of  course the answer is NO, right?  Every Domme out there -  NO WAY, right?  Yeah, right.
Funny.
Okay, you caught us!  M

slaves should be seen, not heard. if u think they should have a say & be heard, call them a "pet" instead.   there's a difference.

Zinja2007 -> RE: Re: "Does being a sub mean you have to be weak and Spinless? " (9/21/2006 5:00:06 PM)

just bcuz a person SUBMITS, that doesnt mean they are submissive outside the lifestyle.  it has nothing to do with being weak or strong.    if you want a person who has a say, then fine, get a pet.  if you want total submission, get a domestic or sex slave.  i gurantee that slave with no limits is stronger than a pet with limits.

sweetpetslave -> RE: Re: "Does being a sub mean you have to be weak and Spinless? " (9/21/2006 5:12:01 PM)

I am a 24/7 slave. I am not weak or spinless. I have opinions, I have thoughts, and I am highly inteligent. The key is to know when it is permissable to express my opinion and when to keep quiet and smile sweetly. Master often engages me in intelectual conversations, and we both enjoy the banter. Master also delights in teaching me new things and ways of thinking. He delights also in the fact that I am not weak and spinless. If I were, how could I have driven across country, alone, just to be with Him?

I think I understand what you are trying to say, but I think you are reading something into my response that wasn't there.  I said that I enjoy a smart sub, with strength of character, who is conversant.  I also think you assume I am allowing this sub to negotiate his way through a scene.  That's not at all the case.  Finally, I am assuming that despite the way your post reads, you are not suggesting that I should adopt your way of doing things as the way that is right for me.   No, you couldn't mean there is one road we all must follow.

I just want a strong, virile, muscular, self confidant MAN who becomes weak and spineless around ME.  yeah he will say yes mistress because he is hell-fucking-bent on making me happy.
My slave has opinions.  My slave has ideas and expresses himself.  But he submits his will to me.

Now THAT is what I'm talking about!  Too bad it seems to be all too rare among Dommes.

That is one lucky boy You've got!

I had a spineless sub once.. I'll never forget Slave "Slinky".  I loved the way he'd go down the stairs.....first his head..then his bottom..then his head..then his bottom.. :)

This is just downright funny.  Thank you for the laugh.

Thank you.  Yes, I know some 24/7 slaves have a say.  I'm just expressing my opinion that TO ME a real slave doesnt.  My real slaves do not.  On the other hand, My lover-slave does have a say but I happen to call him my pet.

I appreciate your input and respect our differences.

Thank you for the clarification.

It's just a difference in preference or as you put it:  more than one road.

It would be boring if we all did things the same way.

I appreciate your input.  Thank you.
