OK   I have had a thought.   How about we pick a subject and everyone that posts has to pick the viewpoint of the exact opposite of what we really believe and then support it.

We used to do this in Toastmasters  http://www.toastmasters.org/  and had a ball in one of the clubs I was in.   I was the only republican so I had to support the Democratic agenda and the others had to support Republicans.  Libertarians had to choose a side and so on.

We had a lot of fun in doing this and found that it helped us learn better how to support are debates.  We had a lobbyist, judges, lawyers, Physical Therapist, Grocery Store Clerk, all kinds of  people.

One of our favorite topics was the Mustang Ranch (remember that prostitution house in Reno that the IRS ran for a while after they took it over for back taxes).

Anyway I think it would be fun and help us broaden our horizons.

Comments and suggestions are realished.

      I think the best way to solve the problems in the world is for America to convert to Fundamentalist Islam.  All the women can wear a hefty bag dresses and I'll get on my knees to somebody else's idea of God 5 times a day.  We'll torture and murder anyone who disagrees.

I think we should all elect Pat Robertson as president and all public universities should not be funded unless they adhere to Bob Jones model of upright young adulthood, meaning all girls should wear skirts below the knee and three quarter length sleeves, collars should be neck high.        I like the idea Ken, reminds me of Lincoln-Douglas debate back in HS.  What might work would be posting a specific topic and labeling it 'bizarro world' or something.
