I'm makign a game, where oyu guys will ahve to guess some crazy stuff I eat, its called Tiger's Feast, we played it a while back before.

Anway i'm still compiling a few dishes, this being one of them. I'm just giving a quick glimpse behind the scenes of the making of the game I suppose.

and yes i'm hurting.

I am bettin there was wasabi involved, and we're talkin thai, not chinese...

I am just going to say this once, so nobody misunderstands me... Tempura is best cooked in Canola oil... peanut oil gives a very distinctive flavoring to any deep fried foods, and if overheated can scorch, and that flavor sucketh!

no no wasabi...I only wish there was wasabi. and teh final thing I finally ate dident have any batter around it, instead they did somehting much worse then "flavored" batter.

fuckin awesome, I just found out what dessert was, since we already had this dish in the last Tigers Feast I can talk about it now, its french vanilla ice cream, but it was my absolute favorite topping on it, who wants to guess what it is? and its pretty out there for most of you folks.

I used to eat em all the time when I was a kid here in vegas [cant get em in California for soem reason] some resturaunts serve them as aprt of thier dessert bars, there also used to be a candy shop or two that also had them.

Nowadays? I guess you gotta have the homemade version.

Hey chocolate covered ants are good. Tastes just like chocolate covered raisins hehe. Oh, are you sure they didn't give you habenaro (sp?) pepers? I had a friend that would sit down to eat a small jar with half a loaf of bread.

yes i'm sure they arent habaneros. Trust me they wouldent have been able to stuff a habanero into these.btw, thats already a clue.
