I was once on TV. The news people came up when I was at a gas station pumping gas. They asked me what I thought about the price. I immediately went into my Lee Strasberg method acting mode and became one with the gas buying public. I looked at the sky, looked at the sign with the price, waited, rubbed my face and mumbled, James Dean like, “It’s the nine tenths of a cent that bothers me.” I then turned my collar up real cool like, got in my car and burned rubber leaving the gas station.
