Hello everyone, This is not to start an argument or discusion on BBWs or anything... I once belonged to a great group called Fit2BeTied It was a weight loss kinksters group. I loved it, and miss it. I've lost fifteen pounds in the last couple of months on my own. But would love to find a support group... Does anyone have any links please? Or information? I also recently quit smoking too, YAY me! Stares at L.A. I know you got a link up your sleeve some where hehe.

OOOOOoooo, what a groovilious idea! I am thrilled with my body, however, a little help in the realms of health and fitness would go miles! I hope that there is one out there!

Count me in! I am also working out at the YMCA, sometimes wondering if there are actually any hidden doms there....as I have had images of a dom standing behind me with a whip while I am on the elipitical trainer! LOL

This is a good idea; weight loss and cardio groups tend to work better when participants have some common bond aside from weight loss. Bondage.com is running one that sounds like what Steelriven described. Monica

Steel, good for you! You'll feel better too. Just thirty pounds of extra weight puts a lot of strain on the heart.

LOL I think there's been two threads about using Ds and support from other kinksters to help lose weight and change other bad habits together. Generally, the more support you get to make positive changes in your life, the better. Knowing people are looking to you to set an example and that there's more to it than just yourself can help a lot.

Me too! i would love to get back in shape now that Doctor has cleared me for light exercise and workouts. i will try the above link LadyJulieAnn has given U/us all. Master D said just today He wants me back in shape and able to..... Helpful hints cxan be fun also. Here is a good hint ladies- LIPOSUCTION HURTS LIKE HELL! trust me.

Get together with the munch groups in your area and start a program with them. If you have a web cam start a group on collarme.
