This is probably why I stopped going to parties, unless I was with a significant other. For me, aftercare after a session usually consisted of her yelling: "Next!"

I would hesitate to again bottom for someone who said "next" as aftercare, ie didn't provide it or make some kind of effort.

I personally require  about an hour of after care....I get this shocky kind of reaction be it playing with a whip, cane, crop...or can you believe just plainold vanilla sex...I do not know why but i get dizzy and shakey...scares the hell out of some people...not enough to stop playing with me but still kind of scary to some.

Anyhow I have played with only a few people and most of them were conscientious enough to provide the time i need
...I travel with:
my own blanket (once a girl scout always a girl scout),
usually have a water bottle, but do not use it...although anyone that plays with me usually does <EG>
my tool box...those who know me know what i can fit in a DOM DEPT tool box... Im funny i like my own toys
       and well  I try to reduce the likelhood of  contamination.   I dont have an issue with floggers and whips and what nots
       but anything that i can carry and have of my own i try to have myself  including Vit E lotion/gel,  bandaides,
       condoms and finger cots....heck i am an RN  i do practice what i preach

all i need for after care is the person i have played with to give me some down time. and one on one attention

I have had only one instance in a relationship where i was not afforded the time after playing and well i shall not get into that one...
discussions were made regarding the situation and it was taken care of.   My thinking is if he can whip you and have the fun he
has  the responsibility of seeing to it that you can get up and walk a straight line again! 

That of course is my humble little submissive submissive opinion....

Aftercare is essential in both situations.

bishops aftercare is more of a loving nature than with other submissives.
But everyone gets some aftercare/down time. Including Myself.

That is me exactly.  why i don't do casual play, i just loathe myself for having given over without cause. 

As for after-care by committee, OMg, no.  i need to know the person who just used and abused me is still There. No amount of proxy after care would fill that need for me. 

On the aftercare for Dom/Top..  i know HE needs that and He does play casually at His home dungeon.  i'd rather not think about the after caring that goes on there, i am happy He gets to play with His top side and experience all that means to Him, but i don't like thinking about the intimacies that entails when He's got a satisfied cooing bottom or sub looking up in appreciation..   can we NOT imagine this?  lol.

(yes, i do know that is not an appropriate sense for a slave, i should be able to revel in any enjoyment of His, but somethings i'd rather not delve into too much.)
