Are there any others who experience standing (or sitting) in the corner as a stand alone punishment, that is unto itself, not as a lead in to something else or as a follow up? Also, do any of you enjoy standing in the corner for long periods of time? In my experience as a crossdresser, i greatly enjoy standing in the corner in full femme & high heels. my Domme enforces that i stay there for a couple of hours or more. She also puts me there as punishment when She does not want to use the belt...

I've disciplined the kids that way for year's. One child became quite the expert on state capitals over one summer. I put up a map of the US in the corner with him. How about standing in the corner holding up a quarter with your nose?

i've had to hold up coins with my nose. More difficult though is simply having to stand there with nothing to hold up or concentrate on. i do love the idea of being made to stand in the corner, but it wears off after about fifteen or twenty minutes, then the punishment truly begins...

Personally, I hate being put in the corner. The truly worst punishment, for me anyways, is being ignored. My Master knows this and will only use it in the extreme case that He is so angry that He doesn't want to risk hurting me. Thank god He's only used it the one time, and let me tell you, by the end, I was as submissive as can be! amor{Will}

If I were corrected that way I may act up some more. The corner is a nice quiet place and there are few quiet places around this house. dawn

I have never had to stand in the corner and I don't imagine I would like it one little bit. I do have a closet that is my "time out" room. But it has a chair, a lovely picture to look at, some crayons and coloring book, and a notebook for my thoughts. I don't go in there very often but sometimes if he feels I need to settle myself he will have me spend a little time in there. I wouldn't want to stay in there for a couple of hours. [&:]

Dear meganMaid, Ladies and Gentlemen; I like to put naughty slaves in a squat, unsupported on gravel or rice under their bare feet, I attach to a belt, a length of string attached to a few bells, so if the slave stretches or moves the bells will tattle tale. If I am feeling more is needed, I drape a sack of sand on the shoulders, as the slave is in a squat, bare foot on rice or gravel. But, if I feel more sadistic--I play the Barney (The purple dinosour) "Friends" song constantly, compliments of an automatic tape reverse, ear phones and or giggles and baby chatters and such from Tellie-Tubbies. I also have slaves squat holding a green pea against the wall or a peanut. Having a round object to hold is more difficult than holding a coin, if I did use a coin, it would be a dime. Ok Master did this one time and one time only where he used stand alone time in a scene (as a training thing)now I have had a few minuts here and there in the corner nothing more then a few befor a scene or whatever or as part of r/p never had a problem with it befor, but Master had used this as a scene, he had me bound (now keep in mind I was totaly able to un bind myself if needed) and I had blindfold and earplugs in as part of it.. I had such a major panic attack I couldnt breath and I scared the heck outta Master(not that it did anything for me) It was and still remains the only time I ever sobed or even cried after a scene. Master is quite the empath as am I and well we were just both sick about it... needless to say Master inforsed a new limit that evning ( no i didnt make it a limit Master made it a limit for me) So nope I dont get this not anymore anyway... I have had to stand in the corner and be quiet for a hour or more. I dont like to stand in the corner so that is why it is a good discipline tool for me. Nothing worse to me than being turned away in a corner and made to be quiet.

Swipes the gravel/rice idea.. I like the way you think.. hah... although I may never have to use it as My girl hates wall-time so much it tends to make her see the err of her ways very quickly, I have her stand, nose to the wall, legs spread with hands clasped behind her head. Generally 20 minutes works very well

Dear SirLordTrainer, Ladies and Gentlemen; The fun with squatting a misbehaving one, is having held the position for some time, when they do stand their leg muscles torture them in pain and or discomfort until circulation resumes and muscles stretched out. One could always have a log set on its end and then the slave can stand on this tiny spot, the other end of the log. Not much room for shifting weight at all. Squatting is one of THE most painful punishments.... especially if a rope is attached through nipple rings to feet. To stand or adjust weight to ease the burn in your quads means pulling horribly on the nipples. This is something that I really dread, which means it's pretty effective as a deterrent. agirl

She ended up spending most of the evening with her nose superglued to the wall while I mingled. Im not sure how that applies to the thread, but there you go. Two things I was never far from, superglue and superglue remover. It also works pretty effectively as a field dressing for small lacerations. Just me, etc. Sinergy

I found that her trying to hold a quarter (round and flat) up into a corner (intersecting walls in an angle shape) is difficult. I would just set it on the wall with her hands tied behind her, make a little pencil mark under the quarter, and tell her the quarter may not move from where it is. mmmmmmmmm I once acted fairly SAMmy to one I was spending a lot of time with. This was in front of other people. I was made to apologize to the people, leave the room and sit facing a wall for 30 minutes and then leave to write a paper on the difference between punishment and discipline. I never felt so….cared for? submissive? …something. I still have the paper…LOL, but not the Dom; go figure…but I’m NEVER Sammy anymore. beverly

Last week i spent just over four hours standing in a corner of the kitchen. my Domme allowed me to have some water and a snack nearby, but i had to remain in the corner for four hours! It was not so much for punishment this time, but more as a discipline test. i had been asking for corner time and i got it!... megan

Yeah, I gotta say that I feel the same way. I'm an adult...I can be reasoned with...talked to. I've never had to stand in the corner and hope that I never will.

My Master knows I hate standing in the corner so it is used as discipline. Theres nothing worse to me then made to be in a corner away from him and quiet for a certain amount of time.

MADAM made me stand in the corner once, and I hated it. I went to her place for sessions, and not to stand in the corner. I was bad and that is what she did, but I would of rather dones some other punishments. I know now that was a good punishment for her to ue, because I never done the thing again.
