I was first married at 17 and divorced at 20. What makes it odd that someone was married... on that note, what matter is it that you were?

I take it you are meaning, as I also read, that this is almost appearing like a bragging thing, or as if it is some kind of proof that he is more mature than the average 21 year old. I agree that it shouldn't necessarily matter that the OP has already been married and divorced at age 21. I don't consider a divorce by age 21 to be "odd" as much as something to be questioned. If I was interested in such a boy, I would certainly question the reason for the marriage and the divorce. It might not be such the wonderful maturing characteristic that the OP seems to feel it is.

I agree Dusty, one failed commitment so young in life would have Me wanting to know the ins and outs of that before considering his commitment to Me and Mine to him! If I am looking for a life partner I don't want to waste time on one who gives up easily when the going gets tough.

I met my husband/slave when he was 21...I was 30...He was very mature and I was divorced....

I do the same thing as Maam Jay...I've mentored a few younger subs...that's how I started with my house pet...but I kept him...

but the most important thing is GET OUT THERE...go meet people...
