Which is more proper to call your Master/Dom or Mistress/Domee
to:
a) Call them by thier First name (you were given permission)
b)Call them
"Sir"
"Ma'am"
"Master"
"Mistress"

Whichever they prefer I call them. I have always asked.

That depends on the person and the situation. My boy calls me by my first name most of the time. Maam the rest of it. He knows when each are proper. And hearing a souther boy say "Yes Maam" never gets old *chuckle*

It depends on the situation. When I am on the phone with Him and I'm at work, I call Him by His first name. When we are together, I usually call Him "Daddy." To some of my friends, I refer to Him as "my Big Daddy." During very intimate, private moments, I go between "Daddy" and "Master." I usually call Him "Master" when I want to show my utmost respect and submission to Him. (works esp. nicely when being pinned to the bed, missionary position, His mouth near my ear, "growling" sexy questions at me...)

But, I digress...

Whatever they instruct you to call them. My sub calls me Mistress when its just the two of us, by my name or baby in public.
Everyone has their own preferances.
