MzMinx -> RE: scene gone wrong in Melbourne? (9/26/2006 6:04:12 AM)

he was hurt some  years ago by a 'profesional' in a suspension scene .... and became a para/quadraplegic (not sure which) and confind to a wheel chair  ....

at  a sepperate incident recently  he was burned to death in his residence,  in a murder/arson crime  .... his wife has been arrested  but has not been tried ... she is suspected of setting the fire  due to a nasty divorce and  for the insurance

His wife was not the dominant nor do I believe had anything to do with bdsm  .... and I personaly do not know who the  suposide profesional was

His family did not know he was into bdsm till the accident happened  and apparently never  accepted /recovered from the first accident and the subsequent public outing of him... but although I did not know him personaly ... he became  reqular  to some events in sydney after his accident (not sure about before)  and their have been many messages of sympathy and grief on the australian boards for his courage in life and the tragedy of his death

a community wake was held last week (if i remember correctly)  at one of the party houses he attended

Seven years for sex death
Elissa Hunt
chief court reporter

A PIMP who choked a customer to death during a sex game could be free in two years.

Peter Godfrey Stein, 56, was convicted of manslaughter for killing postman David MacDouall when a three-way bondage session with Stein's prostitute girlfriend went too far in June 2003.

Mr MacDouall, who was a long-standing client of Stein's girlfriend Catherine Doolan, died when he choked on a gag placed by Stein while he was tied to a bed at Ms Doolan's Queen St, Ormond home.

After Mr MacDouall died Stein left his body, which was clad in women's clothing and wore lipstick, on the bed for days before propping it up in the passenger seat of the Clayton postie's car and driving to a paddock in Tarwin Lower to set him alight.

Mr MacDouall's body was found three weeks after he had died, but it was not until more than a year later that Stein was arrested for the crime.

He was charged with murder, but a Supreme Court jury found him guilty of the lesser charge of manslaughter.

Justice Bernard Teague said Mr MacDouall had consented to being restrained during the threesome, but he was helpless once tied and could no longer help himself by the time the gag was applied.

"He was in your hands," the judge told Stein.

Ms Doolan saw Mr MacDouall become distressed once gagged and left the room, but Stein remained.

Mr MacDouall was an only son who was devoted to his mother and had been the central focus of her life. "He had cared for her in ways that would make most mothers very envious," Justice Teague said.

He said Stein, an educated man who arrived in Australia from Germany in 1980, had shown little remorse and his treatment of the body was an aggravating factor.
Justice Teague jailed Stein, who has already served two years awaiting trial, for seven years with a minimum of four years, noting he could be deported when his sentence is over.

whoops.

MisPandora -> RE: scene gone wrong in Melbourne? (9/27/2006 8:13:43 AM)

I guess it'd be too snarky to ask what a hooker, a postman and a tranny have in common.....

gypsylee -> RE: scene gone wrong in Melbourne? (9/27/2006 11:21:12 PM)

heh. yeh even the croc hunter couldn't hack it here. if a stingray or a snake doesn't kill ya, a pimp will.

I've never heard this one.  Does the punchline have something to do with "handling male"?
