I read the story this morning.   Sounds like more sensationalism journalism to me.  Gawd  I hate sensationalism journalism

Well; from my statepoint = it was good to see Clinton have the balls to stand up to his beliefs - they had agreed to split the time in half to talk about global warning intitives -= and Fox did not hold up their end......

Isn't one NAFTA enough?

Clinton not only handed Chris Wallace his ass, he laid open Faux News and the right wing media while he was at it.

It was glorious.

I heard bits & pieces today too.  Good ol' Clinton; it's so nice to watch a good mind in action.

I like that:  Faux News!  hahahaha    And did I hear this right; that Faux Broadcasting is going to get into the movie production business to promote the Religious Reich?  What a surprise...

I never watch Fox but I just downloaded the interview and loved it. Wallace apparently thought he could get away with a hatchet job on one of the great intellects and speakers of our time. Watching him realize he isn't going to be allowed to do it is priceless.

Regardless of everything else possible, I have got to believe that the ex-presidency is the place to be.  You are able to bring forth all kinds of proposals that could only be offered in a post-presidential period.  What are they going to do?  Elect you again?  There are laws against that. (Way to go Bill, I have to believe getting that off his chest was nearly as satisfying as a blowjob.)

LOL,

Ron

Ron,

Oddly enough it isn't clear whether or not Bill could run again.  The law bans consecutive terms but is less clear about nonconsecutive.

WyrdRich -> RE: 'Right-Wingers Attacking Me,' Clinton Says (9/25/2006 12:14:10 PM)

Considering the kind of questions that get thrown at Bush on a regular basis, I thought the Wallace question was fairly tame.  Obviously, he struck a nerve.

Bearlee -> RE: 'Right-Wingers Attacking Me,' Clinton Says (9/25/2006 12:18:18 PM)

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... now wouldn't THAT be funnnnn!!!

...personally, I'd love it; I think he was GREAT.  While I don't exactly condone his behavior with monica; she was old enough to decide for herself (in my book) and quite frankly, I feel it was none of my business.

Ya know, we Americans are awful puritanical; and while this doesn’t make it right, powerful people have enjoyed such activities since civilizations began.

Can you imagine the debate?  I think it would be funny if Bill challenged Bush's entire top team and took them on single handed.  Even if you gave them five minutes to come up with a response and gave Clinton none, he would cream their clocks.

Cheney is the only one with any brains but he is too focused on stealing as much as he can to think about much else.

Remember;

Both these guys have shot a load in someone's face, so I would suspect both camps would walk around that little minefield, and cat-call in different areas of rational thought.

All I am gonna say is that Gore would make a president and Clinton a good vice one, has been done.
