You may also want to check out orgasmdenial.com. It is mainly catered to Female Dom/male sub relationships but I'm sure a lot of it can be transferred or inspirational. You need to register to get to everything but it is a free membership.

i hope this isn/t considered manipulative.. i called it planting a seed. i'm just spoiled. i ask to go to the ladies room, it's never been denied. i'm not into holding for hours, but i thought it might be fun just once, to be told no.

i surely wouldn't ASK for that, it'd be too humiliating for me. But i did ask to go to the ladies room, and said with a sly grin.. "i love asking You that, even though i always know the answer will be yes, it's still fun to remember You hold that key." He replied, "No guarentees it will always be yes, you know.." i made big eyes and stammered, "Oh, yes Master, i know that, but, but.." then high-tailed it to the ladies room.

Want to place bets on how long it will be before i get told No? probably at least until i've forgotten, so it's clearly His idea, not mine. Next year, maybe. lol. He knew full well what i was doing.

Teasing and denial is one of my favorite control tools. Especailly with Angel being so far away, Ive learned how to push al of his buttons on the phone. However, he is not allowed to touch, or if he does touch, not alowed to cum until I specifically say so. I have done this for days on end, then finaly rewarded him with an orgasm after hes done womething Ive asked.
For females I have had a lot of luck with the same sort of idea. Talk up something that REALLY gets them going, with an occasional touch to remind them WHAT gets going... then deny them anything else.
