Did anyone watch this show?  If  you watched it, do you believe any of these things can exsit....things like being able to see things that others can not?  And also, if you watched it what is your opinion on this show?

I watched the show, and it was actually pretty well done. I don't believe any of it is true, or possible, but I keep open the option that I can be wrong.

I haven't watched the episode. The previews alone indicated to me that they're just generic versions of comic book heroes with the same powers. There's nothing new to watch here.

I watched it, thourouly enjoyed it, (even though because of Level, I missed an exiting moment, see the feel good thread in stupid polls,) and am looking forward to viewing it again.  I see it along the lines of many other comic based show that I'm a fan of such as Super Man, Bat Man, X-Men, Cat Woman (gee, not enough women characters, not even in the new show).  But boy would I love to have some of those powers the Heroes' characters possess..  I especially would like the ability to teleport my body. Imagine in the middle of a really boring conversation you could just vanish, but mostly with the holidays coming up, I need an inexpensive and quick way to be at many places at various times.   Oh, and of course I would use the powers for the good of mankind and all that mushy sweet do good stuff that makes me sound less shallow.

Heh heh.

Here's a link to NBC's Heroes site... it supposedly includes a way to re-watch last night's show.

I enjoyed the series, though with some caution. The creators' previous show (Crossing Jordan) had brilliant characterisation but horrid science and legalisms, and a Claremontian tendency to accumulate unresolved subplots. Either of those elements could doom this series (creatively, I mean; I already know I like the series too much for it to be successful economically).

Does this mean John Byrne will "fix" it? ...... "Okay, next episode, everyone dies!"

I see things other people cannot, especially when I drink.
