my first Master, years ago, trained me to open my mouth and he would spit into it and i would swalllow it or hold it there, whichever he commanded. not real often, but i got so that i enjoyed it. i think it was more of a test and he also enjoyed doing it in front of another dom, probably to show him my obedience? but then i am very orally fixated...that was probably also a result of my early training. :-)
i believe it was a nice exercize, but wouldnt enjoy it in casual play.
