I have been interested in the scene for many years and have had limited experience at being dom. I found I can be very creative at it but while I was dom I always was jelous of what the sub was experiencing. I have never met a dom I feel I could submit to. My submissive side is rather specialized around sub play and masturbation. I have two questions.
1. For a reletively inexperienced male at a young looking 46 is it too late for me to expect anyone to be interested in starting me out?
2. Is the masturbation thing really such a turn off to all dom women?

i don't think it is too late for you to start out but i am a sub and these questions are probably best answered by a Domme... everyone comes to things in their own time and i think that it is important to remember that it is a big world out there and everyone has their own kinks and needs but i do imagine that there is a Domme out there for you just keep looking and it is important to know what you want.. perhaps you should post this on the "ask a mistress section"

Never too late!! If you feel something in your soul drawn to be a submissive, or just get hard when you look at a collar and leash, why not take the plunge? I'll be trying new things til I get dragged off this earth.

I am sorry but once you have dommed you can't go back. The NCSF has rules about that and they will track you down and make you pay. [:-]

I am kidding of course. Nah, its not too late... I am starting out at age 45. Actually its not uncommon for people our age to dip their toes into the pool once the kids are grown and gone.

As for your second question, I have heard that some Dommes enjoy it as a humiliation tool, but if the sub enjoys it I guess it wouldn't be very humiliating so we will have to await the answers of our much revered Dominas.

It may be different for male subs, but i started at age 54 and 4 yrs. later am still turning down Dom's that show an interest in me.

As long as you are alive, it isn't to late.

I have a question.. why do you feel you have to have the label of either Dom or sub? It sounds to me like you want some good ole fashioned kinky play at times. You seem reluctant to be officially topped.. if you're just doing kinky stuff, there isn't a top or bottom or such.. just two (or more) equals being wonderfully smutty. Find what you like and enjoy it. Who cares about the labels.

I'm sorry. Maybe I'm not that experienced but none of this made sense to me. I do have a profile I don't know what you meant by any of this. Could you explain please? I'm looking in good faith for friendships and some advice you seem to be looking for the opportunity to be rude to people. Which one sounds bitter? If I have you wrong please explain. I'm willing to learn from someone who is mature minded and considerate.

Thanks for this. I can understand the not having a profile thing but the rest is still a mystery. I guess though if it wasn't aimed at me then it's not my business.

Ok, I see now. I didn't read most of it but when I backed out of this I saw he had a posting so it must be a reference to that. I think I'll go back if not right now sometime in the future and see what the fuss is about. I did however head his first comment though and in some cases, especially on this site, he may have a point but LET ME RESTATE THIS IN CAPS BECAUSE SO OFTEN PEOPLE TEND TO FOCUS ON ONE THING TO THE EXCLUSION OF ALL ELSE SAID. I ONLY READ HIS FIRST COMMENT AND ONLY SAID SOME CASES AND ON THIS SITE SO PLEASE DON'T JUMP ON ME NOW. I'LL get back to you on this when I read some more.
