I am not extremely dominant. In fact, nearly all people will consider me a wimp.

Nevertheless, some girls rub me the wrong way and I feel a strong urge to correct them and to command them. It is for this reason that I consider myself a dominant. I suspect them to be natural slaves.

I also know that I am the best in what I do best: perceiving truths. I am a ratio-dominant. People who heed what I say are wise; those who do not are and will remain ignorant.

I just thought I was strange. Others told me I was a dominant. I thought they meant "bitchy".
I know when I do ttwd it feels like my whole body is singing... . and is right for me.

Foremost, it is simply within my nature to be dominant. I had to do a little stumbling through the forest of my own self-discovery during my younger years to understand this, but once I did, all the pieces fit.

This is amusing, considering in another thread you told me a reading comprehension class would not even help me....yet last spring I scored 96% in mine, which was instructed by a rather tough professor (average class score was 84%). I would say your truth perception was a little off, and that I am glad it is my Master's advice I heed.

I quoted this response only because I have been called the same thing throughout my entire life, "bossy". I read the responses from dominants that they have been this way since childhood, wanting to have control, issue instructions and desire to be obeyed. In many ways I relate to these descriptions, but I could not imagine anything less fulfilling than to be the dominant partner in my current relationship. It makes me wonder if there is something more that is not being described or if I am a person who is full of contradictions. These are just thoughts that make me wonder at the complexities of human behavior.

I knew because my mommy told me I was.....[just a joke people]
I would have to say with most it shows up very early and very often and it can't be said enough that it's something you feel in your gut. I am of the school that believes you are born dominant or submissive, it's not learned. Having said that being an excellent dom/submissive can take a life long of learning.
