It appears either the dominant doesn't mean what they say or say what they mean or the submissive person in question misunderstood the word 'pander' in the contract. Since a meeting of the minds must take place for a contract to be binding and there was no meeting of the minds (nor any evidence anyone was using a brain at all), everything is null and void and they should either start again with more explicit and defined language or give it up as a futile effort and a complete mismatch of personality types.

OK I usually would not waste my time for this kind of thing,but reading this thread is so funny.
The first mistake made was , when she failed to comply the first time there was no consequence.
A Dom must be clear with both the reward and the punishment he will administer. Had this been me it would hav been no further contact till my instructions were complied with.

i can't understand why you would put a time limit on finding a person. Pictures i can understand. They are available and ready to purchase. But finding someone who meets your needs in this situation isn't as easy as going to the store and buying one.

LOL its simply you where played menipulated and lied too and you let it happen!!!!! you should have gotten the pic first.. then iffin you didnt spank her she could have gotten the pic back but you cant get those spankings back (though it would bhe real funny to see her return them to him LOL)
