I am interested to know how many have you had in past years. It seems that there is a large number of 'jumpers' or 'experience chasers'......... I am looking for actual relationships - (not in fictional one day then change your mind thing.... you are adults now - not teenagers .........) Poll encompasses PAST 5 YEARS

There's no poll for me or many others who may have only had one partner is more than just a handful of months.. I have had 1 in 10 years. No rush to make that mistake again lol. I'm happy being alone. Silver

been at this for 4 years was with first dom for 8 months and my Master i was with for 2 years

My answer isn't one of the choices, especially as it only encompasses the past 5 years. 10+ years here, r/t living with Himself. Personally, I don't see anything wrong with being after experiences any more than I would see something wrong with one who likes to travel extensively. I believe that both expand the mind and give you knowledge, one of the world and other cultures, one of yourself. Both good things. Celeste

Ooops, jumped the gun here. I saw the thread title said "in past years," but the actual post said "in past 5 years." I answered over six based on the 13 + years I have been in the lifestyle, but would change that to three if looking only at last 5 years. One of the relationships lasted 2 1/2 years, the other two, not even six month. Lady Topaz

Looking at just the past 5 years, two primary, and two secondary relationships. One submissive for about a year and a half, and my current girl who has been with me for a little over 3 years. she is always and only submissive with me, but Domme with others. But in my current relationship, we have also had two submissives, one for 4 months, and another for about 6 months. The two secondary relationships ended amicably and I still speak occasionally with both of them. Dan

The poll needs more answers to choose from. The poll provides the option of answering, '1 - still my first - 12-18 months', .......so, anyone who is in thier first relationship as a slave/sub (please pick and insert your own label people... whichever applies) and has been beyond 18months can't apply any of the poll answers provided. my answer: 1 - still my first* - 24 - 36 months *still my first, and should the fates allow .... it will be my ONLY. I have only had one Master for a year until he passed away...a very beautiful relationship. I will cherish always.

Ive had several relationships. Some longer than others. One ongoing. Ive had a few vanilla rels thrown in there too... I am hoping I finaly have it right and this one is going to last. knock on wood DV

I did not vote in the poll as none of the catagories fit me. sigh why do the catagories never fit me? Sorry, A long time a go in a place far far away there was a man who loved me. He was realizing he was a Master and I was realizing I was a slave. Our journey was beautiful but so incomplete.......Why is it Dom/Masters also seem to be thrill seekers?....he died of course. I have looked and looked and then I stopped looking. I found peace in not looking. Sometimes people just don't get what they want and still must find away to slice happiness out of their existance. I am happy. Sorry, I am feeling whimsical tonight. I guess that means I have had 1/2 a Master?
