Pain can be wonderful at times [:)]

Oh yesss... I'm not someone who likes pain all that much (at all), but I will never forget my first nipple piercing...
I can fully understand why people get addicted to piercings...

Iskander...

ahh, see, I absolutly LOVE pain. The more pain there is the better I like it. [:)]

One day my fingers (working totally on their own) idly tapped certain words into Google....

GddssBella -> RE: BDSM Humble beginnings (10/5/2006 9:14:43 AM)

G'morning all:

I can't nail down when I became interested in bdsm, it's lost to senility. *chuckling* I can tell you the turning point when I discovered my orientation within the lifestyle.

A boyfriend about 10 years ago (a switch) wanted to treat me to a lovely night in a motel; hot tub, mirrored walls, ceilings, cahmpagne, etc. After making enough bubbles to reach said mirrored ceiling, we decided enough with the foreplay, let's get down to business. He showed me a pair of those tacky, plastic, fur covered handcuffs. I figured, why not? I'm game to almost anything. I allowed him to secure my wrists above me to the headboard and he began performing oral pleasures upon me. After a while, I couldn't stand the teasing anymore and demanded intercourse. He just smirked and kept on doing his thing. I looked sternly down at him, said in a voice that brooked no nonsense, "I WANT DICK NOW.". His eyebrows shot up, he immediately uncuffed me and then got on the bottom, Needless to say, I believe you can flesh out the rest.

That moment was the turning point that declared my orientation for all time. Being in charge, the heady rush of power, having a significant other surrender will and body, the unmitigated glory of inflicting cruelty upon someone, watching their eyes plead.... Oh, excuse me, lol. Got carried away. [;)]

Stay safe, play nice, & share your toys w/ others...

[:D]

Tikkiee, sorry I wasn't clear, I meant that getting the piercing, the pain of it was pure bliss..Though it wasn't the pain as such, but the aftereffect on the mindbody... better than any drug...
Still, it's the only time pain has given me that kind of rush...

Iskander...

...Would be interesting to hear other's views on what first brought them to BDSM..  Thanks

i used to hang out on #philosophy on irc (those were the good ol' days) and i was minding my own business, as i do [;)] and i noticed this guy arguing with a 'feminist' law student about bdsm. she was all like, 'how can any self-respecting female submit to a man like that?' but he argued his case so well that i just sat there thinking, 'hey, that kinda turns me on!'

so i msged him privately and after a few sentences he said something like, 'i think we have a sub in the making here'.

after about 6 weeks of talking online and on the phone i caught a bus 4000kms (melbourne to perth) then he packed his shit and we drove back to melb together. i married him and he's the father of my 5yo daughter...

not exactly a happy ending, we separated about 4 years ago. hence 'he' is not capitalised. (yeah, i do type in 'subspeak' when it comes to bdsm). there is a He in my life now. but yeah that was my 'humble beginning'.

Simple actually. At the end of another dead "nilla" relationship, I opened an account on Alt. because I just knew that where I was & where I had been, wasn't where it was at for me. Amazingly, I connected with a Domme that had a nearly identical mindset as I did, although from a power exchange standpoint it seemed like we would be an unlikely match. To top it all off, according to our profiles, neither of us was what the other was looking for, not even close. But we clicked so well, even though we both had that Dominant drive, we figured we would give it a chance and see what happened. Besides, I wasn't even sure where I fit in at, but I certainly knew that this was probably where I belonged. She shared her knowlege of the lifestyle with me and I absorbed information from books, conversations and every source imaginable like a sponge. It didn't take long to figure out that this was my destiny and we were a "pair", a kinky pair perhaps, but a pair with the same goals. It only took 3 meetings (dates), we moved in together and we have never left each other's side, as they say...the rest is history. That seems like such a long long time ago, like it was an entirely different lifetime prior to that and although we may share the power, in reality, we share so much more than that...we share life and we have carved out our own place in this lifestyle, to intertwine our life and our goals, with others.

Your welcome, love the hair btw.

Actually i started in this lifestyle back when biker's old ladies were bought and sold as the normal course of events. I was offered by my then old man to an older greybeard from Berdoo. I agreed to a try out, in the bedroom his first words were "strip" and i've never looked back.

Damn near as life altering as my first motorcycle ride.

I came across Scooter's profile about six years after my Master had passed away and sent him an email, boy you should have seen the ignorant reply i got back. He pissed me off royally so i replied in kind, two weeks and dozens of emails to Jewel and Scooter later i stepped off a plane, two weeks after that i was offered and accepted their collar, i am not looking back now either....grins.....huge grins.......

Intriguing, thanks for sharing.. 'Strip' is a command that Ive used for several years, and one My girl happy and those subs who visit are quite familiar with, at the beginning of each My sessions.

Ive never rode one, but if I did it would only be a Harley. Preferrably a 74' Panhead, always liked the look of those puppys.

Wandering chat rooms looking for cyber sex.

Interesting.. care to elaborate?

Owned1 -> RE: BDSM Humble beginnings (10/18/2006 9:13:35 PM)

I have never done anything the easy way,  I will start off with that statement.

Looking back I was always interested in the different,  from playing games with my Barbie, Ken and GI Joes ~ rough sex, rape scenes etc to having my brothers friends tie myself and my gfs up in the tent in the back yard.

Move forward to he who would become my hubby, I initiated role play early on in our relationship, he was the aggresor at my direction (can you say topping from the bottom?).

Fast forward again to the age of the internet a bored mother, wife, employee, who surfs the net.  I wandered into some BDSM chat rooms and thought ah haaaa that is what is wrong with my marriage,,,,, I am Domme he is sub.  So again at my direction we ventured into that world.  Bought the clothes, found the local scene, munches and play parties.  However surprise surprise I was still not happy.  So upon further investigation ~ reading ~ talking to others in the wonderful world o kink I finally sorted out the submissive side of me.

However the hubby was not Dom so end chapter one.  He went on to find his Domme.  I enjoyed the single life as a 30 something female who knew who she was and had the means to enjoy it.

Final fast forward ~ Master and I met at a Fetish night, it was across the room and sparks flew.  That was over 5 years ago and here we are today.

As with all never ending stories and as I said I dont do anything the easy way,  with much more self discovery Master has agreed to let me wander again into the Domme world.  However I have found I have no interest in controlling men but rather women.  Throughout my journey I have been with a few women,  as Domme.

I have found my place with Master and am very fortunate to have an Owner who understands and knows me who is also secure enough to permit me to explore yet another side of who I am.

I look forward to the next chapter in my life, and my life of self discovery.

behindmirrors -> RE: BDSM Humble beginnings (10/18/2006 9:38:10 PM)

I think I gained an intrigue in BDSM when, after graduating high school, one of my friends became a pro-Domme. I was curious as to what she meant by that (I had absolutely no clue, I was the lame kid who was never allowed to take sex-ed, either), but I certainly thought the clothes she wore were cool. :)
A few girl- and boy-friends and a lot of life-bullshit later, I turned 21 and my friends took me out to a local fetish club. Without my knowledge before hand (until all eyes were on me, haha, and I consented), they had arranged for two Dommes to play with me onstage- under the guise of "kinky birthday spankings". There was, ahem, a bit more than that- I was deliciously tortured in front of a room full of people. Funny, when we arrived at the club, I went to the bathroom to check the lacing on my dress, and I was asked by both Dommes to help lace their corsets, which I was more than happy to do- I had no idea that they were working, haha.
I kept frequenting the venue.
Then, I went to a local music VIP party with a friend, and met a guy I had a crush-from-afar on, finally having the nerve to speak to him for the first time, my very own rock star. At the end of the night, he gave me his phone number on a napkin, beginning a vanilla relationship together. We fell in love. I moved in with him. I discovered he had a book about bondage, which I secretly read while he was at work. I worked up the guts to tell him that I thought I was submissive, and that I fantasized about these things that seemed completely crazy to me, on a night we were talking about sex and what we were interested in. He was happy, because little to my knowledge, I had stumbled upon a Dom in hiding, haha. Our relationship has never looked back.

That was my introduction.
