This person keeps bothering me and i guess because i have no interest he is angry, i keep blocking nicks and he just makes another. He says he messages others on here 'warning' them i am a player which is far from the truth. Now he has a nick that is xxxxxxxxxxxxx *sighs*  not sure what else i can do .... just needed to vent i 'spose

Contact moderatorone on the other side and let her know what you're dealing with.  She has significantly more ability to block stalkers than the average user.

Just keep blocking and don't answer any email from him...eventually they get bored and move on if they get no reaction to you.

Aileen is right (as usual).  As long as you let him see that you're bothered by his antics, and as long as you keep reacting, you're rewarding him and he'll keep it up.  Just keep deleting and carrying about your business and quit letting it get to you.  Toads like him get bored easily and he'll move on eventually.  Be the bigger person

You know, if we all danced like that banana for 20 minutes each day, our cardiovascular health would be off the charts!

Chicky46 don't let this idiot get to you - he isn't worth the time nor energy and he simply sounds a sad pathetic guy.  Keep smiling and know there are some of us out here thinking of you.

Chicky, one thing I would encourage you to do is check the full profiles of new people who message you.  CollarMe will list up when the person created the account and at least you'll have some indication of whether they've been a member for a while or they created a profile just before contacting you.

LOL that does not always work though. I have a bad habit of deleting my profile completly and then putting it back up. Unless someone posts on the boards, it can be confusing as to how long they have actually been here as members.

True Arpig, but something to think about at times. Though I will agree that most can be determined from their profile on the other side.

.... reason number 137 why I am NOT a slave.

...checking the date the profile was made is a good quick tip, absolutely. I also recommend asking for three pictures to varify age, gender, and identity if you seem like you are getting really interested.

After having to deal with my own little private episode of being stalked/harassed on here its my general policy to ask for that kind of verification.

Well, this is why my Daddy tells me not to block anyone, because this is the type of thing they do when you block them. They are mental people that believe it is within their rights to interject themselves into your reality. I would put a spam filter on if he is out of the range of available men you are looking for,... or just delete his messages without blocking him... you might try deleting messages for the next week or so without reading them at all.

LOL I don't block anyone. I seem to enjoy the amusement that I get by bringing them down a peg or two and then having THEM block me. I know, not very nice of me, but hey, they are so funny sometimes wrapped up in their own indignation. They get all huffy and puffy, sprout off a few obscentities, and then block me because they are afraid of what I might be able to say back to them lol.
It can be quite fun at times.
