My two cents?  I always meet sooner than later.  I'm all about REAL life.  I prefer meeting after a couple weeks, not months!  I would do that...and then tell her in person.  SEEING a Dominant personality is much easier than wondering if someone with special needs IS Dominant...  And of course, any woman who thinks that isn't possible is not someone worth wasting your time on...

But, that's just me,

if your relationship involves  love (not just  dom/sub relationship for sexual  or  kinky needs) then sure it does not matter .  They live together till one of them die .

Would the idea of having to care for a Dom/me or Master/Mistress's medical problems steer you away from that person? or would you be happier that you knew what you were getting into before you even contacted them?

I bet there are folks out there who have a flavor of service kink where they would enjoy serving a dom with medical issues. Such a kink might be analogous to the knight-in-shining-armor doms whose kink appears to be trying to repair psychos by having a codependent relationship. Compared to that, medical issues are probably far easier to deal with.

Of course, others won't be interested. C'est la vie!

As long as they were honest from the start so that i could make an informed decision not a problem at all. Beyond that no; someone who  needs support on a  daily basis would not be a deal breaker, nor it would it be later on if something happend.

You are who you are ... you cannot change that.  (Or are there medical cures?)  Don't lie ...

Somehow the specific nature of your condition appears to the a cruel paradox in manifesting life as a dominant. Falling asleep during a scene or while one in your 'care' was compromised would seem quite frustrating and on the dangerous side. The frequency of your 'needs' I suppose would determine a lot. I would examine the entirety of your total 'needs' before you shopped for someone to fill just a portion of them. Good luck in your health and your search.
