'  Taken from your 2d post in this thread.  Yes I looked at your profile and saw that it is your Master that has the 30+ years of experience.  My question was directed to you, because of what I qouted.  And years of sexual experience, good or bad, does not equate into years of experience controlling others.

What other job, then mataining Masters 1000s of email, would you have a newbie like me do. He believes that by doing this job well I will get to know him and the way his mind works. And how the businesses work. I have learned so much this year from Master. More then most slaves get the chance to in a lifetime.

How do you know that?
How many slaves have you either known for a lifetime, and/or how many have professed on their deathbeds just how much they had learned, to you?
And, who is keeping score and how .... meaning, what method was used for measuring how much was learned by each prior to making the comparisons?

Nothing personal. i'm just going with it and posting what comes to mind as i read this.

i agree with a lot of what has been said here. You are young. You may have some experience and still, you are inexperienced, in comparison to many.  When i speak of experience, i'm not just referring to the number of years a person has been living and breathing and existing on this earth. i'm speaking of a measure of wisdom and all that is learned over the course of years. You won't like hearing it, and i understand that.  i was your age at one time. When i was your age,  i thought that i knew a whole lot about a whole lot of things, when what i actually knew was just a drop in the bucket for all that was left to be learned.

i'm 38. i'm still learning. The one thing i have learned is that anyone older than i has a much higher probability of having a bucket which is less empty than my own.

Status: offline 		Well actually I've had several 40 year olds message me and want to be my slave and I've taught them a lot of things that they didn't know... nobody knows everything and everyone is always learning something, somewhere and somehow from someone the learning process never stops. I haven't claimed to know everything and I'm not going to... ever. I love learning and if a slave can teach me something then cool. I never specified an age range and if that slave messages me first (which usually happens) they have obviously deemed me worthy to dominate them.. now haven't they. The only thing constant in life is change.

Status: offline 		Here is an after thought... I'd like to hear from the sub/slaves out there that have had a Master/Mistress haven't you learned a lot in the first year for (me 9 months) you've been with your Master/Mistress?

thisishis, What is your experience? You don't know what i've learned through out life thus far you don't know what I've gone off to study... I bet I could teach you plenty of things and you likewise to me. Also since I don't know everything and I am still learning and will always be learning from someone (is why I have a Master) to become wiser, another good reason to have a Poly family where my Master is obviously the head of house (someone that I respect and love) if I don't have the answer I have someone to ask. Maybe one day I will be in charge of my own family and I will have a lot of knowledge on how to do it from starting here. Don't ya think. If I don't know what to do with a sub/slave I have someone to ask... seems the smartest way to do things.

I'm not trying to put anyone down or anything like that I just want to know what everyone's experience has been. What they have tried... what has worked? what hasn't worked? (a chance to learn something) I'd like to see everyones perspective not just picking apart everything Master and I have said... thus far that is the only thing that has happened. Master and I are looking for our gem. :) .... our diamond in the rough.

You come across as being far too defensive, (without any cause coming from me, for you to be), in my opinion (just for starters).
For that reason, i won't continue to participate in any debate of this topic with you.
To do so would make about as much sense to me as trying to shovel my driveway while it is still snowing heavily.
i'll simple agree to disagree with you.

Status: offline 		Actually, I think the op ought to try out the position she's offering. Be an unpaid cook and housekeeper who sleeps is sent home once the work is done. She ought to get the amount of affection she is offering the hypothetical third, none. She should get no sexual nor play needs met either. I think that she should do this for a period of no less than three months while working full time to support herself, cook and clean after herself as well, and see how happy such a position leaves her. Then she might realize how foolish her requirements are.

Yes, I have learned much from my Master.  He has also learned much from me.  After all these years (over 13 now) we continue to learn. 

In reading your first post, you state the need for a housekeeper not a submissive or a slave.  I have not lived in a poly relationship but do have friends that do.   Remember this is the internet, I would not assume anything from a profile over the net.  So if it is not posted, it may not be there.  Your profile seeks one thing, your Masters profile seeks another.  Maybe that is the first problem. Becoming defensive when people are really trying to give you advice will get you nowhere. 

I also have to say that a slave with a years experience would not be weilding any whip against my back.

Status: offline 		HHmmm... one thing you can try is to look for a straight person then convert them, shouldnt take more then 6 months and it would be a lot easier to work out who would be interested and screen the others out if you meet locals face to face. Go around bards, clubs, and normal pick up websites. Could be fun.

-- in this case specifically, i would have a problem with the ages - i am 48 years old - although the Master's age is one i can be comfortable with, a 22 year old Mistress would be close to impossible for me to be comfortable with -

-- by the same token, i would imagine there are many slaves who, being in an age bracket that a 22 year old Mistress would be fine, a 58 years old Master would not be ~~
