APhacetoSit -> Flogging a Dead Horse???? (10/4/2006 12:16:49 PM)

MesDames, MesPatrons, and fellow subs,
i am a bit confused these days and have a simple question regarding patience, submission, and online courting time.
i have met several people on line who have appeared to find my skills talents and desires to be appealing,   Have assured me that my approach and conversation are at very least adequate and appealing, but who have suggested as much as an 18 month courtship on line prior to meeting.
i believe that i am pretty straightforward about seeking RT relationship, and believe that my skills are best used and developed in a rt eyeball to eyeball, fingertips to back, or tongue to shoulder, toe or body.
while describing what  i would do is exciting to a point, i feel that putting my mouth where my words are would be far more satisfying to all involved.
The question is, When is it appropriate or correct to decide that i am probably trying to Feed or Flog a Dead Horse?
All responses will be gratefrully welcomed.

Maybe it's just the benadryl I'm on today, but I have no idea what your question was.  I'm a little scared though, because all I got out of it was something about eyeballs and flogging horses.  Not my kink....

BitaTruble -> RE: Flogging a Dead Horse???? (10/4/2006 12:33:32 PM)

Wow, that's a long time to wait. A year and a half of your life before you even get to meet someone and if the chemistry is not there, it's all for naught? I like to meet within a few weeks to make sure we're not wasting our time. A year and a half? Really?

That's too much time for me and life is too short to devote to a 'maybe'.

Celeste

Sorry, Ma'am
Perhaps i am too wordy.  the question is, what is an adequate on line courtship prior to real time meeting.  i realize that this will vary from case to case.
By the way, Ma'am  i hope that the benadryl helps.

Online courtship?  Phooey.  I'm one that thinks a month is too long to talk to someone and not meet.

And all I had in my mind was him licking eyeballs.  I know he didn't say that, but for some freakish reason, THAT is what jumped into my twisted brain.

i am quite sorry that image came to Your mind, Ma'am, and thank You for pointing out that part of my difficulty might be that i talk too much.  or not clearly enough.

Hit me on the head with a few dozen bricks, from the top of a 12 story building, and I'll have that facial expression.

Give me drugs to make me smart, and I might not hijack a thread one day.

Yours,

benji

Look up.

(Or down, for that matter.)

Look deep into my eyes.  You're getting sleepy....

Yours,

benji

MsKatHouston -> RE: Flogging a Dead Horse???? (10/4/2006 12:48:33 PM)

look up

that's Benji :)

18 months sounds like a long time to waste online only.

MasterFireMaam -> RE: Flogging a Dead Horse???? (10/4/2006 12:48:34 PM)

18 months until you meet? In my opinion, that's excessive. I can see 18 months until a full collaring, meaning complete ownership, but not for just a meeting. Move on, hon.

18 months? ... try 18 days that sounds better.  Are you sure it wasn't a typo?  Months ... days.

In any event, 18 months is way too long for a 'perhaps' or 'maybe'.

cybergoddess -> RE: Flogging a Dead Horse???? (10/4/2006 1:09:06 PM)

this dead horse you  are  refering to  must be addressed   18 mounths  for your time. telll him  his  bill is  past  due if  he want  to play he has to pay you one way or another..   he  has to ignored . it  is  written ,

APhacetoSit -> RE: Flogging a Dead Horse???? (10/4/2006 1:09:32 PM)

i have been told that if i could lick my own eyebrows that might be worthwhile, but i have no interest in licking eyeballs.

mstrjx -> RE: Flogging a Dead Horse???? (10/4/2006 1:12:28 PM)

Why do the Mistresses get all the good questions?  I'm jealous.
