Find one yourself. Check the avatar galleries that CM provides.

I believe that going to the selection that CM provides is the only option now... the site no longer allows the members to upload their own avatars.

This explains why

Go to "My Profile" up at the top of the page on the right & then scroll down to the avatars sections. From there you will find a bunch to use.
