Hi,

I am going to buy a new webcam so that I may entertain online domina's via popular chat programs like msn messenger, yahoo, or whatever. I would like some suggestions as to what webcams have really performed well for you guys as far as ease of set up, compatability, ease of use, and image quality. Thank you in advance.

That's a good question. I would also like to add, does anybody know which webcams work with a mac, besides the isight camera that apple sells. I hear it doesn't really work with yahoo and it's extremely expensive.

Well, don't make the same mistake I did, don't go cheap.  The old saying is true some times the cheapest things cost you the most money.

I had some off brand webcam and it sucked, the picture was lousy and it broke less than a month after purchase.  Though now they start around $10.  with an average one going for around 24.99 at CompUsa.

I have an older computer so I just have to make sure the camera is designed for the old usb ports, not the usb2 ports, like everything with computers, once you get 1 new item, your whole system seems out of date.
