Dim bunny that i am, i have forgotten how to put a URL into a post.  Can S/someone please tell me?  Thank Y/you.

You can also use the tool in the tool bar. It looks like a globe with a link of chain in front of it...a LINK to the WORLD-wide web. Get it?

If you want to make the text linked, so the actualy link doesn't show up, simply highlight the text you want to use, then use the icon.

So, if you just use the icon, you get http://www.collarme.com/. If you use the highlighted text then the icon, you get: highlighted text.

i did have a method...Control/s'thing...but now i have forgotten what the other key is.  *Sighs*

Hey, Y/you guys...i cannot copy/paste a URL by either means Y/you have told me about.  Can Y/you please expand a bit on the way to do this?

Highlight the URL.  Then hit Control/C to copy.  Go to your document and hit Control/V to paste.

You can just cut and paste it too, no special hoodoo - the interface on CM is looking for the form of the address and auto-magically creates the link in most cases (similar to what Ron described).
