Well, now we're back on the subject;
It might be that this OP cut the original thread short in his just-now-catching-up-to-it, and just had to do the verbal equivalent of premature ejaculation thing in posting about something he just now fell onto, but in any case, I can't see how this one missed out;

People think that The Beatles' I Want To Hold Your Hand went over so great because of the melody, the singing, lyrics, the driving nature of the song, Ringo's drums, etc, but it was the overdubbed hand claps that instinctively made 13 yr. olds and college freshman girls feel their bottom being smacked as they listened, as what made them wet themselves.
