If you don't like them then ignore them but try not to stifle open discourse on subjects that affect us all... Please Remember the 1st Amendment...

What discourse?  Posting link after link with no commentary of your own is not open discourse.  As for the 1st Amendment, whether or not TPTB allow politial discussions here has nothing to do with the 1st Amendment whatsoever.  Have you ever actually read it?

quote:

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

What does that have to do with a website full of perverts?  I wish they would create a forum for political threads so the off-topic forum wasn't flooded by them.

There are many thread types I do not contribute to... you will not see me much on game threads for example... but I am sure people are happy they are here. I see all types of threads as being important to people who post here... if something offends us it usually is apparent quickly enough. There are entire forums which I have never contributed to, but I am not saying they should not be there because I do not read them or want to contribute to them
