I will wear those 34's again (I'm only off by 1), and when I do...look out 32's.

It can be done...and it may take me a few years...but...I will do this thing.

Those of you (you know who you are) that want me to continue eating sour cream and full measures of local dairy butter....I have your motherfucking number.

You're not on my Christmas list.

So, be aware, I'm going to be riding my bike (I'm sure of this), I'm going to eat less...and less of the big stuff that you push me towards (I'm sure of this as well...minus of course, one Big Mac....ok...2)....okay fine...I'll still eat 3 of the damn things...but on the last one I will NOT order cheese)!!!!

I'm close to being able to get into 34 waiste again too!
More riding my bike and walking 5 miles on the beach.
Feels good losing weight doesn't it LTR?
I don't eat at McD's anyway so I don't have to worry about that.

Way to go, LTR!  i have lost weight recently myself, and credit it in part to ending my fast food habit.  i must admit i am not excersizing, but it is a goal of mine.  i could drop lbs almost overnight in my 20's.  Now, it is much harder, but such is life. 
 
i hope you do reach your goal weight by Xmas!

Congrats.  Dr is insisting that i watch what i eat and actually worse wants me to know how many carbs and protein is in everything AND learn to like the crap i mean food.  Loosing weight is a by product and i love that part and feeling better all around physically and emotionally is fine.  I just miss quarter pounders with cheese and fries.  Those are not even on a list for all day for me anymore.  Damn salads with turkey or chicken is what they prefer.  I think i am starving!!!!!! But also 3 sizes smaller and needing a belt for the jeans i wear now.  So when we all get slim do ya think they will let us do a commercial like subway does and show how we lost the weight.  Thinking a floggers commercial with me naked in another year might be good (might not too but what the hell).

Perhaps less meat and simple carbs and more lightly steamed veggies and complex carbs (not soaked in butter or cheese). And <gasp> fish.

But then you might have to learn the difference between a simple and a complex carb and some people are very resistant to learning that distinction, particularly when they find out it means they're going to have to cook rather than drive through.

dur  i put on 5 lbs in the past month and i swear its cos i stopped drinking pepsi.

but......  generally soda is bad
saturated fat is bad (or is unsaturated)

alcohol is bad

Water and fruit and veggies is good.  Raw is best.  Meat sometimes is good.  Whole grain rice is good.  Fish is good

Um, when i diet i generally refuse to eat anything sweet.  I actually have no taste for that crap.  No cookies, cakes, candies, ice creams.  Pretty much the only thing i do when i diet is.  Pepsi.  Which funny, i thought if i cut that out, i'd lose more weight.. but well.  With out the sugar in the pepsi to kill my apetite (sp).. i ate more

excersise is good.  Oh hell - just constant moving burns calories.  But dun forget to do a variety of things.  Can just always run.. gots to run, ride a bike, do aerobics, muscle toning.. swimming if you can manage it.. jumping jacks!

Oh you would love My wife...  She loves any kind of cheesecake with fruit.  She says anything but the gelatin crap.  It has to be fresh fruit.  We had some wicked homemade peach cheesecake not long ago. [8D]
