Hi,

I saw a reference to this site online and thought I would give it a try. I'm looking for friends and would be especially happy to talk to those with experience from the scene, both Dom/mes and submissives, as I seek to learn to provide a good experience by understanding "the other side" as well.

My main interest is to challenge, physically and mentally, both myself and the submissive. The means for doing this are different each time and of course they are also dependent on personal preferences.

I find creating an uncertainty about what's going to happen and maybe a bit of fear a good challenge and with good after-care (and safewords) it can be a wonderful experience.

Welcome Northernlady. I think you will find that the message boards here are a great way to make friends with knowledgeable people on both sides of the whip. And we have such diverse backgrounds too! We can be a bit opinionated, but usually there is some humor tossed in as well. I think you'll enjoy them.
