I just wanted to throw in a comment.  Built up sperm will eventually be emptied into your bladder....so guys you never have a week old supply of cum in you, its refreshed quite often :p  What relieves the pain in your balls after having an orgasm is the blood draining from the area far more quickly then when you bring yourself to the edge then stop.

if you have an erection for more than 4 hours the blood coagullates and settles and then goes "bad" causing gangrene. happened to someone i know, he took a horse stimulant at a party hahaha what an idiot. that was a damn funny trip to the ER. but seriously. thats whatll happen.

Priapism...the condition of prolonged sustained erection. Not good. Yes there is tissue damage after 4 hours. Yes there can be necrosis. Yes there is the chance of blood clots being released into your blood stream which may cause other nasty damage or death ...clot in lung, brain or heart.

I doubt it was the 4 hour erection that did it, and more the direct effect of the horse stimulant.
