Im thinking I might be dealing with feelings I didnt now I had. And Maybe, the problem im having now has to do with those feelings, and their unexpected sudden appearance.  Damn feelings!

Thank you, I am very happy he is home also.  He didn't even try to get out to day...thankfully.

ha ha ha there you see wasn't hard to overcome was it? You have just answered your own problem....if you really think it cant be undone... why are you rueing it so? If you think its permanent there really isnt any point looking bad and feeling bad...its done. Guilt for things past serves no purpose and before you say 'i cant help it' yes you can.
