Hi, was hoping someone could tell me what "Does not top from the bottom" means? Seen it in quite a few profiles and would like to know what it means before I reply to someone.

Good question. What it means to me is, that someone who identifies as the bottom/submissive/slave (the Do-ey) realizes that the Top/Domme/Mistress is fully in control and doesn't try to manipulate the situation for their own gain, or manipulate the Do-er for their exclusive wants and needs.

That's what it means to me.

Basically it means the bottom/submissive/slave , doesn't try to control how a bdsm scene unfolds. They supposedly won't try to control the top/dom/mistress' actions when intereacting with them. They don't try to manipulate the person that is supposed to be in charge of topping ect.. I'm sure other's here can expand on this.

But more than likely the person that wrote it, does the opposit of what they claim. LOL
