The candles that seem to be the least painful and burn at the lowest temperature seem to be the large votive candles you buy in the supermarket.

The rasberry scent may be some noxious chemical, I would research it to see if it was.  If it is rasberry essential oil it will be fine.

I am looking for the wax and will add essential oils to it before I drip it on my partner.

I personally love the smell of Eucalyptus, Pine, and Tea Tree.

Keep in mind that anything going on the body can also create allergic reactions.  I love the scented mulberry candles but even smelling them burning makes me start turning blue from swelling in the airways.  Is a real bummer since i love the romance and getting into session mood with the use of a scented candle.  I have found however a chocolate candle that doesn't make me sick smells like heaven and if chocolate doesn't get one in the mood for fun and games i do not know what would do the trick at all.
