Well, you are all adults and adult content is needed for research purposes on various materials and papers. The monitoring has more to do with virus software, hacking, and having websites of slander and fraud against the school as well as any illegal activity. At Sam Houston State and Montgomery Community College, I was able to go to just about any and every website I wanted. This included porn and kinky material.
