I think it might be because the mods don't like his new lamps.
I personally find them tasteful and attractive.

the last time Rover visited, if i remember correctly.. there was a rather "heated" discussion.  I think that was what put him on the "moderated" list.

Status: offline 		Ahhhhhhhhhhh... who knew?  I remember finding and reading everything Rover's written, he's quite good.  Somebody created a website of all his stuff once; I wonder if it's still out there?  Still, he has some interesting thoughts on this profile, too.
