I have a weakness for strong women and I often find myself attracted to dominant women. I also strongly believe in respect and do NOT engage in that crap about all women are submissive/unequal or any other BS. However, the challenge of taming one is pretty hot and I have found they do make good lovers. So, how have others dealt with this? The reasons it could go wrong are many and probably boring so if possible, lets stick to what went right? I look forward to hearing about the experiences of others.

God knows I want to own an Amazon, and while Dominatrixes may have a slave side, and Doms as well, I think that it would be a very rare match. So I might kid around with those that can take a joke, but I don't own any strontium either. Just like all of life, it does happen, but it ain't gonna happen until you win the lottery. Ron

Oh I love it :) It always seems to be a seduction CONTEST when I meet up with Dom. I swear it's like a non-intentional seduction fest :) Major flirting. It always ends in a draw.. each one of us just appreciating the strength of the other. It doesn't involve topping the other.. it's just an energy acknowledgment.. "Damn you're good.. So are YOU!" I've dated a Dominant before. It's totally possible for two dominants to get along. I could play bottom to his top as far as play goes (I can be a masochist at times) but never submissive. I just don't have it in me. So my question to you is do you just want to top them or have them actually be submissive? I don't believe everyone is always dominant or submissive. Although I'm strongly dominant there are a few I feel like playing bottom to.

There are dominants here that would never date a submissive...only keep them as slaves....and ONLY date dominants for intimate relationships so...um..I think you are in luck.

We'll be married for 5 years on Halloween. Two big Sadistic Dominants. There's not much power struggle. Just the occasional jabs back and forth, all in good humor. We're happy with each other's company, and have similar views on both vanilla and lifestyle things. "Partners in Crime", as I like to look at it. It works out well. If I recall that thread in the Mistress' Section, there were a few Dominant Women interested in relationships with other Dominants. It can, and does, work. Best of luck with it. As always, YMMV.
