From the looks of it, it's compatible with pretty much any bluetooth enabled phone (ie Motorola's more popular model such as RAZR, PEBL and ROKR as well as the NOKIA 6103 (my phone) 8800 etc)
It works through SMS messaging so I'd wager you could even use it by text messaging through your computer to the phone which the TOY is synced up to.
And yes, It'll work in North America. Take a look at the site a lil more closely. They give the requirements for use.
Heh, I wonder what T-mobile would think of me using their service for activating one of these? :-)
