Depends on what kind of remake we are talking about. The original "Halloween" is one of my favorites (Yes, that is William Shatner's face done in white) and really defined the stalker/slasher genre. It's a classic. If they just want to recreate it, I won't bother. If they want to tell the story in a new way, expanding the Michael Myers mythos for instance, I might check it out. The "Friday the 13th" series stayed fun because the producers kept a sense of humor about what they doing. I haven't seen that in the more recent "Halloween" incarnations. The more I think about it, the less hope I have it would be worth seeing.
