I came to the conclusion years ago that there was an inverse relationship between a person's knowledge of a subject and the volume with which they expressed their opinion of it.

So Bill O'Reilly can yell at anybody he likes. All it says to me is that he is an ignorant, uneducated talking head who appeals to other ignoramuses that think he knows what he is talking about.

My favorite was when he shouted down that guy who lost his father in the World Trade Center for being opposed to the War In Iraq.

The only significant difference I see between Bill O'Reilly and Stephen Colbert is that Stephen Colbert is intelligent and informed.

Just me, could be wrong, but there you go.

Just make sure you dont reach into your bag o anti-Republican replies when you are trying to insult Democrats. If Monkeyboy is any indication, Republican's in general have problems with written words and complex comments and sentences with deeper structures than "See Spot run."

The 3 elections prior to the last one, I was registered Green. I registered Democrat recently to try to give Jane Harmon the boot. But after November, I will probably try to revive the Know-Nothings.

Just me, could be wrong, but there you go.

See earlier comments about reading and comprehension.

During the DeLay years they would force a vote on it at midnight without giving anybody a chance to actually read the law they were voting on.
