Hello all. Joined this site to hopefully find my Dom. Very new to D/s and welcomes any advice or discussions regarding the subject, or anything for that matter. Seriously seeking. How come I am listed as vanilla? It should be at least a "twist"....lol. How do I change my avatar? :(

devotion, Welcome to CM and all that it has to offer. Do not be in a hurry, be selective and choose a D that is very experienced / not just one that want to get in your pants ASAP. An experienced D will indeed be cautious of taking on a sub as well. Good Fortune to you. CP

Thank You CP... If I was in a hurry, I would not be here. I have been searching for awhile. It takes alot to get into my pants, but I hope once there it was worth the effort. LOL This is a serious search for me. Sex is one thing........ finding my true Dom is another. It goes beyond the physical realm, and that I understand. I want to give myself to Him completely, and He WILL know of my devotion. :)

Can someone please explain, with some detail if you've time, what topping from the bottom means, or to top from the bottom? If there is a link to a good article (not book) on the subject that would be appreciated . Thank You

First off a real Dom will want to get to know you first as a person, almost in a vanilla kinda way. The first sign of a wannabe vanilla is he will discuss sex right off the bat. Secondly, as has been suggested take your time. If you feel comfortable you can post a picture but keep in mind that will generate as much Email from the fools as the real Dom's probably more so but you want to get noticed. The more visable you are the more likely at some point you will come across someone that fits for you. Welcome, good luck in your seach, stay safe and be naughty. Master JR

What a terrific bunch of people............ I am curious...... of different ideas of D/s relationships? How they are viewed? expectations? desires? I think each Dom is as individual as a snowflake, and I would assume subs are too.
