I'm considering ordering a pendant from The Emblem Project, and wanted to see what sort of experience people have had before I send any money or type in any credit card or PayPal info. Has anyone here ordered from them? Got your merchandise, no identity theft, etc? I don't buy stuff online much except from big-name sites, so I'm a little nervous. I'd appreciate your reassurances -- or your warnings, if that's been your experience. Thank you!

I ordered one of the "band rings" a few years ago from his sister site Chaotic Creations.  (He has the link on his own site)  I have been extremely happy with it and I had no problems in the ordering process.   I then ordered a key chain with the emblem on it from the site you mentioned.  It was very nice and again no problems with the ordering process.  My only problem came when the key chain broke.  It had an unconditional guarantee on it and the packaging gave the address to send it to if anything went wrong.  Well, it did break.  I sent it in months ago (possibly even a year), but have heard nothing back.  Not even a confirmation that they received it.   I did notice on the site that they are waaaay behind on the orders for this item, so maybe one day I will receive it.  Who knows?

A few years ago I ordered a pair of cufflinks from Quagmyr.  The item was shipped promptly and discretely.  Considering that everything from the Emblem Project is small run production jewelry, I found the price reasonable and the quality was a little better than I expected.

I just checked the site out again, if Quagmyr says there is going to be a delay there will be a delay -- he is honest about the quality of his stuff and what is going on.  I believe him when he says he won't charge your card or cash your check until he ships the product and I'll likely be putting in another order in case he has to abandon the project for awhile.  I'd suggest you do the same.  If you want something sooner, order from Silverfoot at  http://www.bondagecollars.com/  .  His prices are a bit more expensive ($45 for a silver emblem pendant) but his is version is also twice as thick so there is a reason why he charges twice as much for it.
