Status: offline 		This diet is killing me, I'm sooooooooo hungry!!! Why is it soooooooooo easy and fun to gain it all...but its going through hell to get rid of it..lol....

Don't eat anything bigger than the palm of your hand of anything, 5 or 10 meals a day, no matter, the realism is that fat tastes good, but ok, not every day can be holloween.

Which is why you shouldn't diet ... you should make lifestyle choices that are more healthy. If you are eating well, and exercising, you will have more energy, not less. You won't lose muscle either if you do it correctly. the key is, and always has been, eat healthy. get moving. eat food in it's natural state when ever possible. it's really very simple. you don't need a "diet plan" to tell you how to eal well, and how to shop, etc. and you don't need a web site that tells you dieting is bad, so stay heavy.
kinda like the website that says bras cause cancer.

Do you like cereal? Eat a bowl of Total or Grape Nuts, with skim milk, and the fiber will fill you up. And make access to a toilet a must LOL.
