Do you have a cite link for this information? Having endometriosis, I would be very interested in researching this area. I've never heard of it and as intercourse is excruitiating during menses for me, I have a vested interested in the topic. If it's strictly ejaculate that stops the flow and reduces cramps, I would think that insertion of such could work wonders for someone like me.

Since insertion is problematic for you, as an alternative, you might find reflexology to be of great benefit instead. There are many points in the feet, particularly near the ankles, that are directly related to the female sexual organs. My former Mistress found it to be very helpful to her and usually obtained a great deal of relief when i directly stimulated these points while performing reflexology on her feet in combination with foot rubs during her cycle.
As Sea is a massage therapist, he may also be able to verify my experience that there are certain massage movements that my former Mistress also found to be very helpful to her as well, which i also regularly performed for her relief. In particular, applying a stretch in the form of pressure to the muscles in the tailbone area (to the inside toward the anus) and several in the pelvic region in general, usually was quite helpful to her as was massaging the buttocks (usually deeply with my elbow) and laterally across the abdomen to the hips in a fairly specific way that is difficult for me to describe. In essence, i can say that the latter had the effect of stretching those mucles and also stimulated the ovaries. The combination of those movements was usually quite helpful to her.
