I assume you are asking, if it is safe to ingest menstruation from women.
 
I would suggest you ask a medical doctor, as to see what the newest medical philosophy is on such.
 
Old School -- the only activity for such a slave, would to be assisting the lady with her sanitary needs, such as bathing the region, assisting with lining her undergarment and or assisting with the tampon application.  The only sexual service, was to orgasm inside, as to ease the pain.  For some reason when men orgasm joins in the woman who is on her cycle; the chemicals within join and end the cycle as well as ease the cramps.  Just another wonderful thing human bodies do.

Second, consider how well you know the person you will be performing this service for and whether or not it means touching or ingesting blood. If you're expected to perform duties where you'd only touch the blood, it's easy enough to wear gloves for protection. I know your intention was the joke, however, ingesting BLOOD of another person is probably not the safest thing on the planet...considering that's where all bloodborne viral diseases reside.  Hepatitis, HIV and other septic pathogens are all transmissable, and unless you're certain the bearer doesn't have one of them, consuming anyone's blood, be it from an artery, vein or from their cooch is definitely not safe.

A slight hijack, but I find that even solo, it helps with relieving cramps.  But that's just me...!

I knew orgasm would help with the cramps... but I didn't think there was a chemical reaction that stopped the flow.

I did not know this.  I always thought that female orgasm during menstruation helped with cramps by relieving uterine pressure or equalizing it or something.

Greetings Lady Hugs,

Do you have a cite link for this information? Having endometriosis, I would be very interested in researching this area. I've never heard of it and as intercourse is excruitiating during menses for me, I have a vested interested in the topic. If it's strictly ejaculate that stops the flow and reduces cramps, I would think that insertion of such could work wonders for someone like me.

I second that. I laughed so hard..That was good!

Before anyone ingests any blood the giver should  be tested for HIV, Hepatitis and STDs. I do this regardless. Any time there's fluid exchange both parties should be tested.
