Its pretty simple, all you need is a pair of panties, full back, no thongs or g-strings, and a velcro set.

Put the spikey side of the velcro in the backside of the panties so the rough side will press againsed your sub/slaves bottom, some velcro has adhesive, some you have to do some sewing.

once the panties are lined to your liking with the rough velcro side... put them on, or put them on your sub/slave.

Trust me, walking is tender, sitting is punishment, and spanking is agony.

OK, this inquiring mind has got to know, exactly how much velcro are W/we talking here?

lining the entire back of the panties, or what, carefully planned strips? Or is it a personal level of sadistic pleasure that is the guide to how much?

Also I am wondering about the tailbone becoming raw?

I believe thats what got me thinking about it, the level of control of velcro strips you can use, you can line the panties with 2 strips to go across each buttock, or 100 little 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch squares and line the back to rub every piece of tender flesh encased in the panties.

Look for carpet runners, comes in various colors (I prefer clear). On bottom side are small spikes / studs used to grip carpot. Sheet can be easily cut with razor knife and fastened to the inside of bras or panties with contact cement, stitching, rivets, ect.
